Redline was created to challenge you the most in the shortest amount of time. This is our high-intensity training class where there are minimal breaks between movements, and the goal is to burn the most calories. You will see body weight; cardio movements made to challenge your cardiovascular health and keep you in the orange and red zone each time your body is moving. This class features one trainer to approximately 15-20 members so we recommend these classes for those who are comfortable in their fitness abilities.45 min class overseen by our coach. Combines strength work and cardio conditioning to strike a total body balance workout. Wraps and boxing gloves are provided.
With a ratio of 4 members to one trainer, Small Group Training is our only semi-personal training option. Each month features a strategically made schedule for different types of workouts happening specific to each day. You will see more challenging workouts here featuring barbell work and strength training, along with days dedicated to high-intensity training and cardio-style workouts, followed by one active stretch day for each week.
Stick Mobility is a training system that improves your flexibility, strength, and coordination. It combines joint mobilization, strength training, and active stretching exercises to increase athletic performance, reduce the risk of injury, and speed recovery. This class uses the Mobility Stick as a simple tool to improve range of motion, muscle activation, and body awareness to build a strong foundation for better movement.
Our 50 min spin class is geared toward interval cardio training and getting your heart rate up and back down to neutral at a healthy rate. Certain classes incorporate light dumbbell work, hill, high resistance training, and sprint and speed training on our stationary spin bikes.
Ignite is your perfect mix of cardio and weight training done in 50 minutes. In Ignite you might see kettlebell movements, dumbbell movements next to box jumps, and burpees. The goal here is to work to gain muscle and strength while also keeping your heart rate elevated. This class features one trainer to approximately 15-20 members so we recommend these classes for those who are comfortable in their fitness abilities.
Combat is our cardio-style kickboxing class. This is a 15-20 member to 1 trainer-led 50 min class focusing on kickboxing movements, a heavy back, and gloves. There will also be a feature of the class based on core and body weight movements off of the bag in some cases.
Foundations is for beginners or anyone getting back into their fitness journey. This class typically holds up to 5 members at a time to one trainer. In Foundations, we will work through form and proper movement patterns with a trainer helping each member with minor corrections while getting a workout in. This is a 50 min class done at a steady pace to ensure proper form.
