Cardio Deck

Our cardiovascular training center is complete with stair mills, treadmills, elliptical trainers, cross-trainers, and recumbents. There are many 50-inch flatscreen TVs for your viewing pleasure on the cardio deck.

Free Weights

The Free Weights area offers the use of various benches, kettlebells, dumbbells 5-150lbs, cable-cross over, adjustable hi/lo pulley, power stations, and a full range of plate-loaded equipment.

Strength Machines

We have a full range of strength machines that help target specific muscle groups that are almost impossible to isolate using free weights (e.g., quadriceps, hamstrings, hip abductors, and hip adductors). We also have many specialty machines not found in other gyms in the area.

Running Track

A full indoor running track that’s included with all memberships.

Turf Training Room

Enjoy a great workout in our brand new state-of-the-art turf room equipped with a Hammer Strength Half Rack, KettleBells, TRX, Heavy Bags, Cross Training Equipment, etc.

Tanning Rooms

Powerhouse Gym offers professional strength stand-up tanning beds. We make it easy to maintain a fresh-off-the-beach glow year-round with complete privacy.

Lockers / Showers

Our men’s and women’s locker rooms are equipped with nearly 100 lockers each to keep your possessions safe. Our locker rooms also have private showers & hair dryers for you to freshen up after your workout.

Smoothie/Snack Bar

Powerhouse Gym offers a “Smoothie/Snack Bar” supplying a large variety of delicious freshly made-to-order smoothies, coffee, and high protein snacks among other options. Make sure you get your post-workout meal in the gym!

Sauna

Powerhouse Gym has a sauna so you can relax and reap all the benefits a sauna has to offer after your workout.

Personal Training
